Music Tag Editor is an application designed, developed, tested, and operated by Kaka Inc. (“we”), and we are committed to providing users around the world with a secure, easy-to-use offline music player.

In order to explain how Music Tag Editor collects, uses and stores your personal data and what your rights are, we will describe the types of your personal information we collect and their corresponding purposes, one by one, so that you can understand the type of specific personal data we collect for a particular function, the reasons for its use and how it is collected.

1. The data we collected:

We do not collect any personal information about you, and some of the privacy permissions that may be required within the Application are simply because the functionality of the Application is designed to require some authorization from you. In the course of your use of the Music Tag Editor Services, Music Tag Editor collects information that you provide voluntarily or as a result of your use of the Services to provide you with the Services, to optimize our Services, and to protect the security of your account in the following ways:

i. When you enable Music Tag Editor for the first time, we will request that you need your network privileges, and although this is an application that can be used offline, you will still need your tennis privileges in order to have the best experience when playing music broadcasts.

2. Information that we will never collect

  1. Music Tag Editor does not set up servers to store any user data, we don't even have our own servers, it's completely rooted in Apple's ecosystem. 2.
  2. All data is only stored on the user's local device, we don't even have our own server.
  3. You can export your data to iCloud to keep your music files even after you uninstall the software. However, once you uninstall Music Tag Editor, the data stored on your local device will not be recovered if lost (uninstalled, manually emptied).
  4. Please make sure that your music files are not obtained illegally. We strongly recommend that you download your favorite music from websites or applications that own the music copyrights and have paid the appropriate royalties. If you are involved in importing music files that are not subject to the Digital Copyright Act and other related regulations and all the consequences that arise, you need to bear the consequences. Music Tag Editor is only an offline music player and does not provide any copyrighted music resources within the application.

3. Information storage and security

  1. The location of information storage: we will be in accordance with Apple's policies and regulations, the user's personal information stored in your device locally, and the use of AES256 encryption, thus ensuring the security of your data.

  2. How long the information is stored: Generally, we retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose. When the discontinuation of our products or services occurs, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.

  3. We strive to provide security for the user's information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure of information.

4. How we use information

To ensure the security of the Services and to help us better understand the operation of our Applications, we may record information such as how often you use the Applications, crash information, overall usage, performance information, and the source of the Applications.
