Kakabox is an application designed, developed, tested and operated by Kaka Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We are committed to providing users around the world with a secure and easy-to-use private photo vault.

In order to explain how Kakabox collects, uses and stores your personal data and what rights you have, we will explain one by one the types of your personal information we collect and their corresponding uses, so that you can understand what we collect for a specific function. 1. Data we collect:

We will not collect any personal information from you. Some privacy permissions that may be required within the application are only because the functional design of the application requires some authorization from you. When you use Kakabox services, Kakabox will collect information that you actively provide when using the services or that is generated by using the services in the following ways to provide you with services, optimize our services and protect the security of your account:

  1. When you enable Kakabox for the first time, we will apply for your network permissions and photo access permissions. As a cloud storage application, network authorization is essential.
  2. When you use the Kakabox service, you can set a personal avatar and nickname, which are only used to make the App beautiful and distinguish information between multiple Apple IDs (if you have multiple Apple IDs).
  3. Our products use FirebaseAnalytics. The details are as follows: · Use SDK name: FirebaseAnalytics. · Purpose of use: statistical usage data, application crash, performance monitoring, etc. · Type of personal information collected: device information (IMEI/Mac ID/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/geographical location information). 2. Information that we will never collect

  1. Kakabox does not set up a server to store any user data. We don’t even have our own server. It is a product completely rooted in the Apple ecosystem.
  2. All data is only saved on the user's local device and your private iCloud database. We don't even have our own server.
  3. If you do not enable the iCloud service provided by Apple or other problems cause iCloud to not work properly, the data will still be stored in the local terminal device. If the data stored in the local terminal device is lost (uninstalled, manually cleared), it cannot be retrieved. Not recoverable.

3. Information storage and security

  1. Location of information storage: We will store users' personal information in your private iCloud database in accordance with Apple policies and regulations, and use AES256 encryption to ensure the security of your data.
  2. Information storage period: Generally speaking, we only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our purposes. When our products or services cease operations, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
  3. We strive to provide users with information security protection to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. How we use information

In order to ensure the security of the service and help us better understand the operation of our application, we may record relevant information, such as how often you use the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data and the source of the application. We do not combine the information we store in our analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide within the application. If we use your personal information beyond the scope directly or reasonably related to the stated purpose at the time of collection, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.

5. Your rights

During your use of Kakabox, in order for you to access, correct, and delete your personal information more conveniently, and to protect your right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information and cancel your account, we have provided you with corresponding information in the product design. Operation settings (such as data deletion and logging out of the account will clear all your data in Kakabox). In addition, we have also set up a complaint reporting channel, and your opinions will be handled in a timely manner.
