These Terms of Service (“Terms of Use”, “Terms of Use”, “Agreement” or “Subscription Agreement”) govern your relationship with the Music Tag Editor (“we” or “us”) service (“Service”) developed and operated by Kaka Inc. (“Service”). Please be sure to read this document carefully, as you will be legally bound by these Terms. Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, free trial users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to all or part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Service.
"Service" refers to the document management, document secure storage, management and related systems and technologies designed, developed and operated by us, applications, data, text, images and other content provided by the Application. Any modifications to the Service are also subject to these Terms. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features or functionality at any time without notice. All right, title and interest in and to the Services will remain and remain exclusive to us. In view of the application characteristics of distributed storage, the ownership of the data you generate in the application belongs to the user itself, and developers have no right to access or share the private data you create.
We offer value-added services that require an additional fee. Specifically, value-added services require the purchase of an Annual or Lifetime Membership. Prices for subscription products are based on current exchange rates provided by Apple and are subject to change without notice. Unless there is a price adjustment, Apple may notify you of the price for the next cycle by email. ● “Annual Premium”: the length of the service cycle is 12 months, which is 365 days of natural days.” Lifetime Premium": the service cycle is the life cycle of the software, which can be interpreted as permanent in theory. ● After confirming the purchase, the payment will be debited from your Apple ID account. And there is no other payment method. ● Paid accounts will be automatically renewed at the end of the current subscription cycle, and your Apple ID account will be debited again. ● Of course, you can also cancel a subscribed product up to 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle. To cancel, go to “Settings” in Apple's apps, and you'll find the “Subscriptions” section on your profile page. The developer is unable to issue refunds to users. You need to contact Apple staff to apply for a refund, please refer to the link https://support.apple.com/HT204084, whether the refund is successful or not depends on Apple staff's review of your refund request. ● Once the refund is successful, the application will automatically detect your subscription status after the next launch and will suspend your premium benefits.
We may provide free trial services during our operations, and you can subscribe to the free trial services within the software to enjoy the advanced features we provide. We will not charge you during the free trial period, and you can manually cancel your subscription within 24 hours before the free trial ends. Otherwise, Apple's payment system will automatically deduct your payment, and we have no right to actively operate the deduction process. The initiative rests entirely with you.
The Service and all content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics or code, are our property and protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download or print portions of material from the different areas of the Service solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a license to use any of our trademarks. You further agree not to use, alter or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.
Music Files: Please make sure that your music files are not obtained illegally, we strongly recommend that you download your favorite music from websites or apps that own the music copyrights and have paid the appropriate royalties. If you are involved in all the consequences of importing music files that are not subject to the Digital Copyright Act and other relevant regulations, you will have to bear the consequences. Vic Music is only an offline music player and does not provide any copyrighted music resources within the application.
Links to other websites: The Service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services. or through any such website or service. We strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
You have the right to stop using our services at any time and for any reason without prior notice, but you will continue to pay service fees until you contact Apple staff to request a refund by logging into your account and going to the Apple Customer Service Center. Our responsibility is to keep our services as safe and well-maintained as possible. To do this, we may need to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will provide you with notice before terminating your account if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) you use our Services in a manner that may cause or has caused harm to us or our other customers or Risk of loss.
We will not be able to send you notice before terminating your access to our Services under three very limited circumstances: (1) You materially breach these Terms, thereby immediately and seriously endangering our interests and the interests of others. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance, except to the extent that the laws of any country provide otherwise. Our Service will be uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components; d) the results of using the Service will satisfy your Require.
