Since the iOS client integrates Apple's biometric recognition function, that is, Face ID, iPhone devices starting from iPhone X can use face recognition to unlock PassLock. iPhone 8 and previous devices can still use fingerprints. Recognition, and using biometrics will delete the lock screen password you previously set. It is recommended that you reset the lock screen password.
Mac devices can generally try to use fingerprint unlocking, provided that you have set fingerprint unlocking in the Settings Center.
iPad devices have similar solutions to iPhones, both integrating Apple’s biometric recognition function, namely Face ID, but some iPads still support fingerprints, and some iPads support face recognition unlocking [PassLock] (https://apps.apple.com/app/id1669178334), please make sure your device has biometrics set up.
